At the end of 2023, Bailong Wipers' factory, Sunshine Transportation, was honored to become the "leader" in the auto parts industry, making it the first national-level "leader" enterprise in the wiper industry.

Buylong Wipers' factory, Sunshine Transportation, has fully upgraded all production lines and has now become an Industry 4.0 intelligent factory. In addition, the new factory will be officially put into operation this year. At that time, Buylong Wipers will have a massive Industry 4.0 intelligent wiper industrial park covering approximately 50,000 square meters.

Production lines are fully automated, doubling production capacity while also achieving data upgrades. Every production step and product quality assurance data are interconnected with the factory's PLM, ERP, MES, and other systems. Each component can be traced back to the raw material batch, production batch, and responsible production personnel.

In addition, to achieve high-quality and high-volume production, we have also introduced core technology visualization. This standardizes and quantifies the raw materials and production processes of our products.

The core technologies currently identified include, but are not limited to: water-based coating technology, Bekaert special plastic steel sheets, STP secondary tempering process, EPDM ethylene propylene diene monomer rubber, Malaysian CV60 natural rubber, and EOR rubber strip exoskeleton, among others.
