The new plant is scheduled to be officially put into operation in mid-2024. By then, Bailong Wipers will have a large Industry 4.0 smart industrial park covering an area of approximately 50,000 square meters. In terms of production, the plant will fully implement automated production lines, doubling future production capacity. On the technical front, the use of a brand-new laboratory will advance the structure, performance, and manufacturing processes of products, while also accelerating the visualization of core technologies. This will ensure the production of higher-quality wipers with more advanced technology. In terms of data, product quality assurance data will be interconnected with the factory's PLM, ERP, and MES systems, ensuring product and service quality, and allowing project-based sales to proceed without concerns.
